Candidates with average educational background, a minimum of 1 year continuous work experience and an IELTS score of only Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 5 can consider themselves in looking for an eligible job in the community selected for RNIP in response to which the community will recommend the recruited candidates to IRCC for permanent residency and connect newcomers with the settlement services and mentoring opportunities with the established members of the community. Each community has its own additional eligibility requirements, job search process and community recommendation application process.
